Project Managers / Contracts Managers

Full Time, Permanent or Contractor/LTD

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contracts Director and have the responsibility for preparing RAMS, lifting plans, site talks etc. Day to day will involve general running of the site and limiting any problems that may arise, ensuring that materials are being installed to Manufacturers specifications, and liaising with Sub-Contractors, Clients, etc. accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience managing Roofing/Cladding/Rainscreen installation projects, ideally up to around £3m project values.
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • Good IT Skills
  • Full UK Driving License

Designer

Full Time, Permanent 

The successful candidate will have experience of specialist Roofing & Cladding Contractor works, and familiar with a variety of roofing and cladding systems. It will be predominantly office based role with some site travel/client visits etc as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience of Roofing/Cladding/Rainscreen installation project designs, ideally up to around £3m project values.
  • Ideally qualified to HNC level or similar but experience would be preferred
  • AutoCAD 2D
  • Strong IT and general communication skills

Estimators

Full Time, Permanent

The successful candidate will be experienced in Building Envelope & Construction projects, and have priced roofing systems, cladding systems, and rainscreen on installation projects typically up to around £3-4m in value.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience of Roofing/Cladding/Rainscreen installation project tenders and estimates, ideally up to around £3m project values.
  • Ideally qualified to HNC level or similar but experience would be preferred
  • Strong IT and general communication skills

Quantity Surveyor:

We specialize in Roofing, Cladding& Rainscreen system installation projects, and have a wealth of technical expertise behind us that has developed over our 50+ years of operating.
We are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to the team on a permanent, full time basis, to provide contractual and commercial support and protection on projects.
We are looking for an experienced candidate, ideally from a Roofing & Cladding background, although other construction sectors will also be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience of working on construction projects up to around £3m.
  • Ideally qualified to HNC level or above
  • Strong IT and general communication skills
  • Ideally 5+ years in Quantity Surveying within Construction environment

We are looking to speak with experienced and skilled Roofers, Cladders, and Rainscreen Installers to work on typically medium-large size Commercial Building Envelope projects. We have live projects

Requirements:

  • Roofing: ideally 4 years experience+
  • Cladding/Rainscreen: ideally 4 Years experience+
  • CSCS
  • Experience of one or more of the following systems; Kingspan, SFS, Rainscreen, Hot Melt, Single Ply, Built up systems, Eurobond, Alucobond, etc

Guillotine Operator

Location: Ballymena

We are looking for an experienced Guillotine Operator to join our busy Production team on a full time basis, based in our Workshop in Ballymena.
The role will involve assisting in the manufacture of Building Products such as Architectural Facades, Rainscreen, Aluminium Panels, composites etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience with the operation of Guillotine Machines, ideally minimum of 1 year.
  • Multi-task orientated and possess good organisation skills and attention to detail.
