About This Project

Materials Used: KS1000 RW, KS1000 MM, Alucobond & Western Red Cedar Cladding
This project demonstrates various types of cladding and rainscreen together which H McLarnon & Son have many years of experience installing.

The roof comprised of a Kingspan standard insulated composite panel (RW) at an 8-degree pitch. The building also includes some wall cladding to match.

The garage walls entail of a Kingspan Mini micro architectural wall panel system using a range of colours from the XL Forté Symphony range. The variety of green RALs chosen help to highlight the aesthetic and modern appeal of using the Architectural Wall Panel system.

The building also comprised of some western red cedar feature cladding to entrance locations with an Alucobond ‘anodised look’ secret fix soffit cladding to the canopy with fascia detail to match.

With regards to details, the new Ambulance Station featured aluminium flashings including a polyester powder coated aluminium capping piece to tie in with the design of the façade architectural panels.
